Pros: Great health benefits. Non-managerial colleagues were great to work with.

Cons: Decisions made directly by Support leadership in the last year have led to a steep decline in employee happiness. They do not support working remotely due to COVID outside of immediate office locations, giving ultimatums to SREs no longer located there. Faced with increased need on the weekends, SREs are forced to work ~4 weekends per quarter with no intention of hiring staff dedicated to cover weekend shifts. The unlimited PTO policy comes second to Support's need for coverage, meaning that requests must be submitted far in advance and could still be denied. The amount of PTO taken is closely monitored and scrutinized over time.

Pros: The customer comes first in all scenarios. Executives are as smart as can be, and the product is wonderful. The work environment also stimulates intelligence and encourages collaboration.

Cons: A lot of competition is trying to copy the product now.

Pros: Very competent and professional people from lots of areas of expertise. It's very much a place where everyone you talk to has knowledge to contribute. Fantastic benefits. Going to a new doctor is always fun, as the desk person never seems to believe when you tell them that you will owe $0 every time. Has done a pretty good job of trying to maintain humanity during growth, which is very hard for most organizations as they get large.

Cons: The culture is becoming a bit more corporate, in that people tend to become numbers. However, you can see that the higher-ups are generally aware of that and are attempting to keep that in check where possible.
