Excellent startup to work for!
The culture is pretty much like any other startup company. However, the only advantage is since most of the management is from big companies, the working style is kind of "free" and the people are really humble.
Growth opportunities are good, and so is the work. There's good work and personal life balance.
Benefits are being worked upon in the Bangalore office and should be among the best in the market soon.
Overtime benefits and other perks are excellent.
Apart from the fact that this is a startup in India, the office is kind of small and limited just now.
None apart from this.
More collaboration needs to happen within the company and between teams, apart from just TOIs.
