Got hired on straight out of school, and I can only say that the culture and the environment I encounter five days a week are amazing.
Where other jobs I have worked at have been competitive among the employees, there is a real sense of community and being part of a team. The benefits are excellent, and I feel there is real room for growth here.
Being recently hired, I can only say that it takes a lot out of you at the start of things to get comfortable, but that's true of anything.
