Process
I went through the employee referral scheme. The interview took 7 days, and I was interviewed in Pune. The rounds involved aptitude, technical (3), and HR.
They do not focus on formalities like what certificates you have, but rather on how technically strong you are. As I was a fresher, most of the interview was based on my engineering project as well as basic concepts I had learned in my second year of engineering.
