Autonomous Driving Software Engineer Interview Experience - Canada

Process

The first interview was with the team lead, followed by a technical interview. This technical interview went well, and the interviewers were very nice.

The second technical interview, however, was one of my worst interview experiences. The interviewer made it very clear they did not think I was qualified for the job from the very beginning.

Throughout the interview, the interviewer expressed his personal opinion towards Python, stating that it's not a proper language for product development and that such skills are dismissive. Overall, I felt very insulted during this particular interview.

Questions

  1. Conversion between Euler angles and quaternions

  2. Transformation from camera sensor to vehicle

  3. Implement a Vector class in C++
