Best job I've had so far
Most technically challenging work I've done. Excellent co-workers. Many masters of their respective fields. Great leadership culture. There's a bit of a cult of personality around the CEO. Once you hear him speak you'll know why.
- Skews male-heavy.
- However, very diverse background otherwise.
- Big company problems. A lot of tribal knowledge without up-to-date documentation.
- You need to hunt down HR to get anything done.
You've got a working strategy here, culturally. Keep it up.
