One technical phone screen with the hiring manager. The recruiter was super friendly. The hiring manager was looking for many years of experience in software development. I had a lot of deep learning experience, but it didn't seem to fit the software part of the job.

- Experience in applied machine learning and large-scale software development projects.
- Experience with GPUs.
Basic questions on machine learning concepts:
- Types of learnings.
- Scenario-based questions on what to do when certain error metrics are observed in train and test data.

Pros: Most technically challenging work I've done.
Excellent co-workers. Many masters of their respective fields.
Great leadership culture.
There's a bit of a cult of personality around the CEO. Once you hear him speak you'll know why.
Cons: * Skews male-heavy.
* However, very diverse background otherwise.
* Big company problems. A lot of tribal knowledge without up-to-date documentation.
* You need to hunt down HR to get anything done.
