Online coding challenge, then onsite.
The onsite was short and easy (meaning the hiring bar for this company is very low!).
There were so many red flags throughout my interview process:
Too many junior engineers in the company, so a new hire probably won't learn that much. They are also hiring like crazy (someone told me they doubled the size of the engineering team in the last 6 months), so I'm sure there will be even more junior engineers.
After the interview, I happened to meet someone who quit the company after four months. Welp.
Got the offer, but turned it down very fast afterwards!
P/S: The Glassdoor reviews of this company look pretty good at first glance, but filter for Software Engineer reviews and see what they say!
Some random coding questions.
