The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first round was technical, and the second was managerial. It was a fast process.
The interviewers were good and tested proper skills. Salary negotiations were a little tiring, and they did not seem to consider skills when deciding on the salary.

Pros: Most of the products have been present for a long time. Since Oracle is an established company, you can expect a process for everything you do. If you have new ideas, you can push the management to give them a try. You will be given top priority in upcoming projects, along with a promotion.
Cons: The process may sometimes seem tedious. You cannot expect more hike or bonus. All the products may not use advanced/latest technologies present in the industry.
