Cons: HR Policies are nothing; the manager will have the final say. Even after discussing and finalizing salary with HR, the manager calls up a few days before joining to inform that the salary mentioned by HR can't be given and offers a lower amount. Work from home is in the HR policy, but in reality, whether an employee gets WFH or not depends totally on the project manager. Totally manager-driven company. A pink slip can be issued any day. No compensation for working on weekends.

Pros: Amazing work-life balance. Opportunities to rise within the organization. Frequent team outings. Challenging work with exceptionally brilliant and wonderful teammates (team-dependent, though).

Cons: With a growing number of employees, the start of a culture similar to service companies. Every pro mentioned is team-dependent, with very few opportunities to switch teams.
