The first interview is to get some background on the candidate. The second interview is to solve problems.
These are real problems from their products, making them hard to prepare for by reading a book.
A few days later, I was told they would choose another candidate.

Pros: Without any employee referral also, OCI picks candidates if the profile matches.
Cons: When one hiring manager starts processing a candidate, their profile is locked, and other hiring managers cannot proceed with that candidate until their profile is released.
In my case, my profile was locked by a hiring manager for more than 3 months, and I lost multiple opportunities during this time.
There was no communication from the recruiter either.
Worst hiring/recruitment team and policy by OCI.

Convenient for relocation without a pay increase.
Streamlined work.
Work-life balance.
Process-oriented.
Wide availability of opportunities to move internally.
Cons: Vision is never communicated well.
Poor spending in R&D.
Hiring is always at freeze.
Time-consuming processes for anything to happen.

Pros: The company has a great culture and the highest quality engineers. The people there are very committed to producing great products. There are a lot of very smart and dedicated people there.
Cons: Occasionally, they have developed some features in the products just to make a deal or sale. This should diminish now that they are part of Oracle, which is more product-focused rather than sales-driven.
