The typical three-round interview process.

I spoke with a recruiter, followed by the Director of Engineering, and then had a technical interview. These were spread over three weeks.

The initial screening was more behavior-based, with a few questions regarding what I am looking for as opposed to what I have done in the past.

The tech screen was a bit ambiguous, ranging from questions on IaC tools to describing the best automation tool for a job and why.
