Pros: - Nice team, good people.

Cons: The salary level remained constant for too long, irrespective of the results obtained. The level of compensation is not in line with the results produced.

Pros: Good work/life balance. It is a good company to work for a couple of years if you are selected on campus. It is a good company to work if you have more than 35 years and are looking for a company to retire.

Cons: But I won't recommend it for experienced people. Once you are in, you must be ready to live with the same salary and position. The work will be monotonous. You will be outdated with a technology that has not been updated for 10 years. You might gain in-depth product knowledge, but nothing related to the latest technologies. It has been three years since we got hikes and promotions. Though attrition is increasing, management has no concerns about employee morale. Management is focusing only on acquiring other companies and investing cash into acquisition instead of existing employees. There is no fixed cycle for promotion/hikes. It depends on the senior management, which means we will never get it. Salary is equal to other companies like TCS, CTS, and Accenture. But at least in these companies, you will have onsite opportunities.

Pros: People are really good, and some managers are great. But the problem comes with company policies: no benefits and no events. It just works like an old school company.

Cons: 1. No job satisfaction. 2. Legacy products. 3. Zero innovation. 4. They don't care about employees. No benefits. 5. No career progression. No hikes with promotion. Even if there is, it will be peanuts. 6. Huge difference in pay between people working at the same level in the same team. If someone joined 3 years back and is promoted to the next level but with no hike, and if they hire a new person in the same team, the pay difference will be very huge, more than 50 or 100%.
