Pros: There is a good amount of work-life balance at Oracle, which is the main reason I worked there for 18+ years.
Cons: However, I was paid like it was 18 years ago as well, with little to no salary increments or bonuses. Most jobs are outsourced overseas from the US, and job stability is at risk.
