Pros: Salary Continuation Program - i.e., they keep paying you.
Cons: Pointless performance reviews. No raises, no bonuses, no RSUs or options, unless of course you work in Seattle on OCI and were hired from either AWS or MSFT Azure when they *have* to pay competitive packages to entice people to work there.
The rumors of the salary and options packages those employees have are staggering – FAANG competitive.

Oracle's cloud solution becomes more competitive. "Unlimited" time off and remote work are generally available for many jobs. Decent benefits.
Generally well managed. Cost is checked by various automation and self-help.
Cons: Salary lags behind inflation with limited year-to-year adjustments, even as a good performer.
Stock options are drying up; it seems that fewer and fewer middle-tier employees get rewarded.
* 50% match on 401k up to 6% seems meager.
* Totally hierarchical.
* Teams are very distributed: US East Coast to West Coast, Australia, India, Philippines makes for long work days at least 3 days a week.
