Pointless performance reviews. No raises, no bonuses, no RSUs or options, unless of course you work in Seattle on OCI and were hired from either AWS or MSFT Azure when they have to pay competitive packages to entice people to work there.
The rumors of the salary and options packages those employees have are staggering – FAANG competitive.

Phone interview, followed by onsite. The interviewers appeared to have varying knowledge levels; this was especially apparent when they gave their questions.

I thought the interview was scheduled, but when I went there, it looked more like a walk-in. Lots of people were being interviewed. They asked very simple questions. I was able to answer those pretty well, and then they said I could leave for the day
