The interview process consisted of one phone interview and two rounds during a half-day onsite.
Overall, the process was fast. It took me about three weeks from the phone interview to receiving an offer. HR was also very responsive.

Pros: Good reputation, light workload, good benefits, pleasant colleagues, and stability (as long as you don't face layoffs like in 2025).
Cons: Salaries are not very competitive. The technologies used are not the most interesting (they are proprietary). The work can be boring. There is a lot of independence (lack of collaboration and lack of teamwork).
You are left very free to face the code or problems without support from colleagues. The documentation is outdated on most projects. Managers do not have the adequate preparation or leadership to deal with employees.
