Pros: Best work culture High pay

Cons: The interview process: they asked about OS in every other panel. They didn't ask about it, and they got selected.

Pros: - Great for a first place to work in software development. - Great people always willing to help. - Great salary for a junior with no experience.

Cons: - Old C# .NET projects, old technologies. - No opportunity to learn new technologies, which would help you in the future for moving to another company. - No salary raises, no bonuses. - Not challenging. After a few projects, you learn the majority of what there is to know about doing your job. Later tasks become repetitive. - Although the salary is great, I have to complain about the work volume being too low. This may sound strange coming from an employee, but it may affect you in the future when you discover that you don't have enough experience to account for the time you have worked here and on the specific technology.

Pros: Oracle provides one of the best work-life balance jobs in the Bay Area. It is a stable company in this area. Oracle owns several cool technologies, including Java. Engineers are happy in general, since they get to work with the latest technologies like cloud infrastructure, Java, Fusion, and databases.

Cons: - Average salary is a little less compared to other companies in this area. - Because of the size, things move a little slow.
