Pros: - Little micromanagement. You are given a task, and it is up to you to manage your time to do it.
- Very good work culture. No cutthroat environment.
Cons: Slowness typical of big companies.
Career growth can be very slow, depending on what group you are on.
Self-service employee tools can be counterproductive.

Pros: If you join a good team, you can really balance your personal life and work.
Also, if you have access to company stock, you can make future plans and it really allows you to think about growth within the company.
Cons: Without an action plan, salary feels stagnant and not in line with the needs of these times.
