Several phone interviews with different people on the team were conducted. One was with another software engineer, one was (I believe) a software lead, and one was the project manager.
It seemed like each person had their own version of a technical "quiz." One was spoken-word, and another involved actual coding where I had to log in and send them code.
What made it a negative experience was the significant delay between each interview. Several days often passed between interviews for no apparent reason, despite claims of prompt follow-up within a "few days." After the first technical interview, I didn't hear back for over 40 days.
I had almost given up, but then I received another call, followed by yet another technical interview (which overlapped with the first one), and then another several-day waiting period.
This process seemed VERY disorganized, as if the team members did not communicate with each other, and my candidacy was lost in the shuffle.
Technical interviews were all over the board.
They covered basic traversals of loops and pushing/popping data out of data structures, all the way to design and requirements.
