Pros: Very secure job. Immense flexibility. You can work from home as much as you want. Excellent gym in HQ.

Cons: * No bonus at all, even if you have worked for many years. Negligible pay hike if you are lucky. * Very frugal environment. Don't expect any extra single penny beyond your paycheck. The new CEO/President is trying her best to save every single dime. * Very slow moving. Everybody tries to cover their backs. * Many unmotivated employees who just want to hang in there and collect their paychecks. * Oracle has a tendency to keep buying companies, so not a single good quality product is developed in-house.

Pros: Great work-life balance and good package, i.e., salary, stock, and RRSP match. Nice office with all perks, such as standing desks, a great view, and central location. There's a great common area with a pool table and Foosball table.

Cons: No or very little exposure to a new technology, no career development, slow and lots of bureaucracy, and new projects are almost non-existent.

Pros: Excellent benefits for the employee and family.

Cons: Very scarce, if any, salary increases.
