It was just a phone interview. I applied online.
The HR was very nice. They asked me a lot of questions about my experience.
They asked technical questions about Object-Oriented Programming:
- What is a copy constructor?
- When should I use private inheritance?
- Sort an array.
I must say that it was an interview for a junior position. I wasn't prepared at that time; I was too young.

Pros: Oracle used to have a bad reputation among developers, so they've had to play much better with the rest of the tech world, and it's working.
Cons: Like any other big company, there's bureaucracy.

Pros: Great work-life balance and good package, i.e., salary, stock, and RRSP match.
Nice office with all perks, such as standing desks, a great view, and central location. There's a great common area with a pool table and Foosball table.
Cons: No or very little exposure to a new technology, no career development, slow and lots of bureaucracy, and new projects are almost non-existent.
