Pros: Work/life balance.
I respect the overall business savvy of senior management and their ability to steer the company in the right direction. The senior management team is engaged and passionate; they are not just figureheads.
Cons: No cohesiveness, common goals, or common vision.
Senior management has very little regard for the general employee base, as evidenced in the routinely low bonus and raise pools.
