Process
I had three phone screens after a career fair chat with Oracle software engineers at my school.
About 30 days after the career fair, a recruiter emailed me and asked me to select a few teams I was interested in, based on team descriptions. I was then interviewed by the managers of these teams.
On the whole, the process was very smooth. The recruiter responded about a week after the phone screens, offering me the job.
