This was one of the finest organizations before the Oracle acquisition. But after Oracle took over, they made it worse. A ruthless company.
They have no objective, are losing customers, and in the name of restructuring, they started mass layoffs.
They had many before, but now nothing.
Micromanagement. Stop being politicized. Give your team the chance and resources to utilize their skills and help them grow.
