- Managers are very secretive about anything related to money.
- No salary raises at all (I haven't seen one in the last 3 years).
- No bonuses (only for manager-preferred people).
- Stock options (only for manager-preferred people).
- No promotions (only for manager-preferred people).
Please treat hard-working employees fairly with pay rises and bonuses.
