Horrible, horrible place to work. Mad people, super low standards in technology, as well as in communication. Never go to the Linux department. The higher management is completely disconnected. No reviews, no interviews, no discussions with me in 2 years, even when I left. No understanding of who they blame for failed projects, which more or less are all projects. So much bullying and harassment that this should be investigated by police. This cannot ever happen with Irish people, but they are all foreigners working from the US. Had to leave and lost lots of stock units.
Do some reviews. Stop playing politics and take responsibility for what you're doing. Do not treat people like slaves. Fire old employees that avoid any work and just blame others secretly.
WORST INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE EVER! The interviewer was very unprofessional and rude, not allowing me to present my approach. He was literally scolding me during the interview, constantly interrupting whenever I tried to speak. Before the first coding
Round one, the elimination round, was held. They asked questions about projects and a deep dive into microservices, Spring, and APIs. Questions from your resume were used to assess culture fit.
The interview process is not industry standard. It is very slow and asks random questions based on the interviewer's preference that day. Be prepared with Java, as they do not allow coding in any other language for DSA.
