Couple of phone interviews were conducted. Then, personal interviews were held with four members from the team/group and the manager. Questions ranged from process-related topics to technical subjects like Java, Unix, and Oracle.

Very organized, but it also felt mechanized. A lot of people were showing up and taken to interview rooms. You would be in the room the whole day.
