Couple of phone interviews were conducted. Then, personal interviews were held with four members from the team/group and the manager. Questions ranged from process-related topics to technical subjects like Java, Unix, and Oracle.

The process is very cumbersome and takes too long. It should be better organized. In between, the HR or recruiter will disappear, and you would not know the status of your application. You feel in/out/lost.
