Pros

Learning things independently makes one strong.

Cons

Monitored work-from-home option, though you work as an individual contributor.

Seniors don't encourage or help in knowledge transfer (KT) or learning curves; they don't speak openly about the product.

Individual contributors have a difficult time. Nothing is discussed about what's on the pipeline – fake promises.

No encouragement to grow technically or upgrade knowledge.

Lean methods followed. When you come out, it's only the brand name "ORACLE" and nothing else.

No structure in the work process. No honor for your commitments or accomplishments.

Headweight senior management. Age-old methods still followed.

No hikes, no bonus, no encouragement for outdoor activities.

Advice to Management

Understand Professional Values. Encourage Team Management. Grow and help employees grow with a positive attitude. Intellectually - Go Agile !!!
