I thought the interview was scheduled, but when I went there, it looked more like a walk-in. Lots of people were being interviewed. They asked very simple questions. I was able to answer those pretty well, and then they said I could leave for the day

Phone interview, followed by onsite. The interviewers appeared to have varying knowledge levels; this was especially apparent when they gave their questions.

Filling out a form in Word and sending it. HackerRank test on algorithms and programming fundamentals, with exercises that could be solved in the desired language within a given time.
