You will be interacting with people from different origins.
If lucky, you will be able to build a project from scratch. The team will comprise people in the age group of 22-45.
A new person with the same experience might be paid double then you. Differentiate people based on their previous income. There is no fixed CTC for the same position. A manager will be earning less than a newly joined developer from IIT.
At least believe in your developer and pay them the same for the same position.
