Great work-life balance. Gentle learning curve.
No growth. Low salary. Not challenging work. Unmotivated co-workers. Not knowledgeable co-workers. Terrible managers; some empathetic, some not, but all of them terrible at delegation or motivating employees. Non-innovative.
Kudos to you for employing people who would not have a job otherwise! You are keeping the unemployment rate low and causing an influx of outsiders in Bangalore.
