Pros: As a fresher, you will see how the company works multi-region, with vast expertise in different languages.
You will be interacting with people from different origins.
If lucky, you will be able to build a project from scratch.
The team will comprise people in the age group of 22-45.
Cons: A new person with the same experience might be paid double then you.
Differentiate people based on their previous income.
There is no fixed CTC for the same position. A manager will be earning less than a newly joined developer from IIT.
