Standard interview process with a panel focusing on both technical and behavioral aspects of management. No coding exercises were required for managers, but a System Design facet was included.
The recruiter met with me prior to the full panel to describe the process and was available for questions throughout. Once an offer was made, I had a chance to meet with team members again for any follow-up questions to help inform a decision.
