Pros: The company is growing fast. Everyone is committed to company goals, a great culture, and a team!

Cons: Fast-paced working environment, and too many priorities at a time.

Pros: - Love the internal culture at Oura, and there's a lot of positive encouragement and collaboration and little ego. The people who join this company tend to prioritize health and wellness, so that energy is reflected in our day-to-day work. - Leadership team is chill and approachable, and they listen well.

Cons: The biggest challenge is the time zone gap between CA and Europe.

Pros: Interesting and challenging work. Good salary and benefits. Great people, peers, and managers. They really care about the product, the people, the users, and their health.

Cons: Like many smaller companies that are still basically a startup, Oura has a somewhat dynamic environment. New people join, some (very few) leave, and direction and priorities change more quickly than at the "dinosaur" companies I worked at. However, during 2022/2023, with about 500 FTEs, there is a noticeable improvement in stability and forward-looking plans.
