The recruiter was great, as she seemed really excited about my 20 years of experience. Then it all changed with the hiring manager interview. First off, he was late and only left me 4 minutes to ask questions at the end. He didn't even know what job I was interviewing for until the end, when I was able to ask a question. He had to ask me!
I realize that my interview was at the end of the day and he was bored, but he could have shown some enthusiasm. No personality – I felt like I was talking to a wall. Zero interaction with him. Zero questions regarding my experiences. He just asked 'checkbox' questions from a list. A really sad experience.
Name a time you didn't get along with a manager.
