I got in touch with a recruiter after attending one of their company presentations at their office. She was very helpful and directed me toward the relevant people.

I then completed the coding challenge, which I found to be on the difficult side and certainly did not pass all the test cases.

About a day later, I was contacted to schedule an HR phone screen, where I was asked expected behavioral questions. A week later, I was scheduled for a phone coding interview. This was actually quite straightforward and doable if you have done the necessary preparation.

After that came the on-site interviews. It consisted of three interviews back-to-back. The interviewers were very friendly, and it felt more like a conversation than a forced interview. They really helped me shake loose the interview stress.

After that, they took me to lunch and I attended a presentation, after which I was asked to have another interview with a hiring manager. This interview was both behavioral and technical. All in all, I spent around 7 hours there that day.

After a week, I was asked to come in for yet another interview, this time with another hiring manager. This interview was also both technical and behavioral, but again in the form of a conversation. I heard back two days later.

It is a very well-organized interview process, and the recruiters are very helpful. The one thing I would like to end with is that it is not impossible to get a job at this company. From my experience, it really does seem that they care a lot more about the way you approach a problem than memorizing computer science concepts. With that being said, you still need to be above-average in coding.

I signed an NDA, so I cannot disclose the interview questions. However, I can say that some questions can be found in any coding interview book or online.

All the questions were actually really interesting to solve.
