For the most part, people were nice. The main issue is that this whole process took 4 weeks and nearly 6+ hours. The values interview was frustrating, as they kept bringing up the same topic repeatedly: how recently I had changed jobs. This is clearly something a recruiter should have doubted, not the last interviewer. The last values interviewer was also not aware that I had already had the same interview just a few days prior. At the end, receiving a generic email with no feedback felt very disrespectful, given the significant time commitment for someone who already has a job. Plus, the job is still advertised on job boards, suggesting they are probably not actively looking to hire anyone, like many other tech companies.
