Pros: Mentors are usually pretty helpful.

Cons: Projects are mostly busy work.

Pros: Has the potential to be a great place to work (depending on your department). Health benefits are solid and relatively cheap. $4 lunches on campus are nice to have as an option, even if the selections are not always the best. There are great people there who genuinely care about you and want you to do well (Normally TLs & Supers). Getting to influence what team you get to join can lead to you getting a group of people that you do enjoy working with (I made some great friends).

Cons: - There is a large disconnect between ICs and Upper management. - Large company-wide policy changes seem to be made on a whim without considering the effect on employees. - There are major differences between how different departments are run, leading to inconsistency across the company. - The inconsistency seeps down into lower management when large changes are made but no plan is given to lower management on how to implement them. - The CEO forces massive changes for the sole reason that he does not like it, leading to half-baked changes being put in place with no clear planning. - I worry about the course in which the CEO is steering the company, focusing more on how to sell the next big thing rather than how to sell a good quality product.

Pros: Everyone that works here is always smiling! With benefits like $1 health insurance and $4 catered lunches (just to name a couple), who wouldn't smile?! Here, you are not just a number; you are a person. The company takes pride in helping its people grow and develop their potential to the fullest, because when each individual wins, the team wins. Although I am still in training, I have been working with the recruiters for the onboarding process for quite some time and have received nothing short of the utmost respect, encouragement, and some of the most sincere attitudes of service ever. With this company's rapid growth, I look forward to the opportunity for advancement!

Cons: There is honestly nothing to complain about! If I had to pick some cons, I would say: * Exiting campus at 5 p.m. is a bit hectic. * Insurance doesn't start day 1.
