Pros

Growth potential Leadership opportunities Company invests in employee development, personally and professionally Competitive salary for the area Cheap healthcare for single individuals; I've heard it gets pricey once you start adding family members Never bored; there is always something to do or learn Hardly ever exceed a 40-hour work week

Cons

Accrue vacation and sick leave slower than at previous companies.

Family/friends not allowed on campus.

Educational advancement policy: I don't think there is one.

On-call can be stressful and lead to additional work outside of operating hours.

Advice to Management

Opening up campus or having more activities that family members can attend, I think, would increase morale.

Part-time/full-time graduate degree sponsorship or opportunities.
