Pros

I learned a lot and made a lot of good friends here. It felt as though there used to be opportunities to do things the company hasn't done before and really flex your skills working here.

Cons

Three months ago, I would have recommended everyone apply to this place because I thought they really did care. Obviously, like a lot of the actual recent reviews, it seems higher leadership has become out of touch with people.

They rolled out a policy change giving people little notice and not telling any of our direct leadership until the last minute. I, as well as a lot of people, feel betrayed as they originally told us this policy change would only happen if production was down, but many teams have been doing better than ever.

Regardless, the environment has become tense since then. Nobody has any trust of upper management anymore, and any feedback or begging to not upend people's lives with such little notice is falling on deaf ears.

Advice to Management

Employees are what makes the company great. They are also what drive the company. Many of us no longer feel motivated or loyal to the company for this action. I would implore them to gather input, not make rash decisions, and listen to their employees.
