Process

I applied online and then again through a friend of mine. The interview process began with a typical phone screening. I was interviewed by a manager first, and then he informed me that someone from staffing would contact me.

After about a week, I received an email from someone in staffing. She requested that I come to the San Jose office for an in-person interview. I was interviewed by five people in San Jose. It has been about a week since then, and I still have not heard back.

My interview was approximately:

  • 30% technical
  • 30% based on my resume (e.g., projects completed, how I managed them)
  • 40% behavioral

I hope to hear from them soon.
