After clearing the telephonic interview, I had two face-to-face discussions at their Bangalore office. Both rounds went very well. The panel who was supposed to conduct the remaining rounds wasn't available that day. So, the HR told me the remaining rounds would be scheduled for another day. I never heard from HR after that. I called HR after a couple of weeks to learn that I was not selected for the next round. When I asked which round didn't go well, she replied that both rounds went badly. I found this a little strange. I had received a couple of offers from very good product-based companies, and the PayPal interview was one of the best interviews I had. If you decide to reject a candidate, please provide proper feedback and communicate professionally.

Both rounds of interviews were conducted by individuals from South India, and I felt there was discrimination against North Indians. Only attend their interview if you are from South India; otherwise, it will be a waste of your time.
