Process
First round: Recruiter call, went well.
Second round: Hiring manager.
I applied through an employee referral. The interview went well, and the hiring manager had "positive feedback." I was told I have a lot of potential, and the recruiter would get back to me.
It's been five months, and the recruiter is still "going to call me." After sending an email at least five times, I am still waiting, and I came to know the role is still open.
Questions
Mostly behavioral and very few technical questions. The manager did not have in-depth technical knowledge and seemed a little confused regarding the questions.
