Process
Interviews will consist of two 45-minute sessions. Each session will include a live coding question as well as a behavioral/situational question. Pending feedback from these two interviews, we may then have a 30-minute round with the hiring manager directly. That would be the full scope if necessary.

Pros: I thankfully didn’t get laid off.
Cons: I now have the looming threat of being laid off because the CEO said the layoffs happened without regard for performance or impact to teams. Some very high performers with ownership of projects were let go without warning in a 7% layoff at the beginning of 2023. Happy new year.
