I was reached out to by a recruiter for a Sr. iOS engineer role at Peloton.

• The first step was a call with the recruiter to learn about my background and fit.
• The second step was a technical coding round, with hands-on coding.

I was sent an invite to move to the next round, but two days later, I received an email from the recruiter stating that the role was filled.

I felt like they were hiring many candidates at a time for one opening. My advice to the recruitment team is that if there is a candidate close to accepting an offer, they should wait for that before continuing to interview more candidates. I felt like my time was not valued.
