Recruiter screening followed by a take-home assessment. The recruiter was very friendly and informative. The take-home assessment was missing some requirements, which I was then judged on and rejected.
Take-home assessments are already a negative experience for interviewing, personally, so the overall experience was negative. I'd prefer to work at a place which places an emphasis on person-to-person communication, but that was clearly not their priority. I don't think I would have been a good match if this was their approach.
