The job I was given was interesting. The people were awesome. They flew us for a week to the office. It was a small intern cohort, so it was not super difficult to know other interns.
Still fully remote, so not much interaction.
It was a good experience, though not the best outcome. I was 1000% sure I completed all coding and system design, but I was told that there wasn't enough signal for the competency round. Overall, it was very organized, but I was not very satisfied wi
I had a phone call with a recruiter and then a phone interview with an engineer. The phone interview was super easy, and I nailed it. However, the interviewer seemed biased. I did not get a call for an onsite.
The phone screen consisted of LeetCode hard problems. None of the prep material they sent suggested anything near that level of difficulty. The interviewer was nice and helpful, but I didn't make much progress.
