I applied online and was sent a take-home coding challenge to complete. I was told that I did really well and was asked to come on-site.
After a week of not hearing back, I was then told that the team had decided not to interview me.
Two weeks later, I was again asked to come on-site, so I did. The on-site process is a series of interviews with different members of the team, sometimes two at a time.
Again, after roughly a week and sending follow-up emails (which went unanswered), I was told that there "was no match" and that I would not be getting an offer.
The most frustrating part of the process is the absolute lack of feedback and the reticence of recruiters and employees to reply to even a single email. Throughout this process, I have not once received an answer to any question I had asked via email.
Sending an extremely vague and cookie-cutter rejection after an on-site interview is discourteous and unprofessional.
If you apply here and go through the interview process, be prepared to not receive any decent communication throughout.
How would you automate a part of your daily routine?
